“This powerful black male was imported into Holland from Germany by Mrs Franguemont-Freudenberg. He was an elegant dog with a straight back, a deep chest and good front. He had a rich tan but his hind angulation could have been a little better. He had a very fiery temperament.
He did mot do well in the show ring in Holland so his owners then exported him to Japan to Mr K. Onodera (Bamby's Pride). In Japan he became very important to the breed. The vom Franckenhorst kennels brought back his daughter Uttah of Bamby's Pride.
Two other daughters Ubald and Una of Bamby's Pride were imported into Belgium where they had a great influence on the Belgium Dobermanns. They were imported by Mr J. Rillaer (vom Caeserberg).”
